Christmas Day at Aunt Dawn's & Uncle Jon's House

Sally's First Christmas
The kids playing the new Wii that Santa brought them.

Mimi and Sally.

Ford in his new tunnel from Mimi and Da.

Harris is having a ball in the tent too.

Lucy loves playing in the tent with the little boys.

Just wait until next year when Sally wants to join in the fun.

Harris, Lucy and Ford jumping up and down near the sofa. Ford had such a great time playing with his cousins and celebrating his 3rd Christmas. The best gift is spending time with family and friends and creating memories.
Merry Christmas!!

Christmas Morning

Ford didn't wake up until 8:00 on Christmas morning. What the perfect Christmas gift? Sleep from our little buddy. He was so excited about all his new trucks, and cars from Santa. It took him a few minutes to warm up to the big tractor, but he ended up loving it. We were so happy that Mimi and Da spent the night with us.
MERRY CHIRSTMAS!

Opening Christmas Gifts on Christmas Eve

We had a great time exchanging gifts on Christmas Eve. We all opened at the same time this year because the kids couldn't wait on each other. It was fun seeing their reactions on their cute little faces.

Christmas Eve Fun!!

Lucy, Harris and Ford had a great time playing in Ford's playhouse on Christmas Eve before church and dinner. Here are a few of the cute pictures.

Santa at Blacklion

Blacklion has a Santa workshop every Saturday in December. It was such a great experience. The Santa was amazing and got Ford to sit in his lap without crying. Ford was scared of the Frosty the Snowman, but loved the singing bears.

Christmas Parade on Lake Wylie

It was a cold wet night, but we decided to take Ford to see the lights on the boats anyways. Ford loves boats and lights so it was a perfect combination. Thom and I also enjoyed listening to Christmas music while watching the boat parade dreaming of the day we have a boat big enough to join in the parade too.

Founder's Hall Singing Bears

My sister and I took Ford and her three kids downtown Charlotte to see the Singing Bears in Founder's Hall. It was an adventure to get all four kids together and travel downtown. The kids enjoy the sky walk better than the bears, but it was just fun having the kids all together for some Christmas fun.

Lucy turns SEVEN!!

I can't believe that my niece turned seven. I remember when she was born durning an ice storm which seems just like yesterday. She is an awesome big cousin for Ford. He adores her!!!

Baking Christmas Cookies!!!

I love baking at Christmas time. I wanted to share my love of baking with Ford. Here are some picturs of Ford helping me make easy slice and bake cookies with M&Ms. He had a blast pushing the M&M's into the cookies.

November 27, 2009 Ford's Real Birthday

Yes, Ford is kissing the Tractor. We were trying to get a cute Christmas
card picture, but was unseccessful.

Ford would not get in the wheel like Daddy in the picture below.
We were in hopes of a cute Christmas card, but Ford was not in the mood
to take pictures.

We took Ford to the John Deere Tractor Museum. He had fun walking around and looking at the tractors, but did not want to get inside them. We also took him to the John Deere Toy Store. He started playing with all of the little trucks and cars in play area, but just loved this one white truck. Aunt Sally and Uncle Ralph were sweet enought to buy him the truck and tractor to take home. The little white truck is still one of his favorite toys after several weeks.
