Chirstmas with my cousins.

We went over to my sister's house for Chirstmas dinner. Lucy and Harris love to play with Ford and Ford love playing with them too. Ford had so much fun playing with doors at their house by watching them open and close.Lucy had fun showing Ford how to walk and say different words. Ford also loved chasing Taco (the dog) and giving it hugs and kisses. Ford played really hard all day long and was ready to go to bed at 6:15. We rushed him back home to get him the sick baby back in bed. We had a wonderful Christmas even though our baby was very sick. He is still a very happy baby even though he is sick. I hope that he will be better very soon.

Ford's 2nd Christmas

Ford loved his new rocking horse.

Ford woke up Christmas feeling a little bit better. He was not running a fever anymore. Santa brought him a new portable high chair, books, P.J's, balls, bath toys, shoes, bear, toy Thomas the train, and a shape sorter. He also got a rocking horse from his Aunt, Uncle and cousin. It was his favorite gift. Mimi and Daddy Grand spent the night and we had monkey bread for breakfast. It sure was yummy. The weather was so nice (70) that we even took a family bike ride. It felt like we were at the beach.

Christmas Eve

Ford playing with Santa's Hat!!

Ford woke up on Christmas Eve with terriable wheezing and coughing. We took him to the doctor at 9:00am. We had taken him to the doctor 3 times in the past week and half. The doctor ran some test and he had RSV. It is a virus that can last up to a month with sneezing, fever, coughing, and wheezing. We canceled our plans to host Christmas Eve dinner at our house with family because the doctor told us to keep him away from other young children and older adults. Thom and Ford stayed at home while I delivered gifts to my sister's house. She was going to host Christmas Eve dinner instead. Ford enjoyed playing with Santa's Hat on Christmas Eve even though he was really sick. We even got him dressed in his Christmas Eve outfit for some pictures.

FORD IS WALKING!! (with help)

Ford loves walking using his walker now. He is so proud of himself. He laughs and giggles while he walks. He can move very fast. He has a hard time with the turns, but starting to get the hang up it. It will not be long until he is walking by himself.

Our First Family Bike Ride 12/13/08

Ford in his bike trailer.
Ford is so cute in his helmet.

We went on our first family bike ride around our neighborhood. It was very chilly, but we still had a lot of fun. Ford didn't really like the helmet, but got used to it after a few minutes. We can't wait until we have some warmer weather to go on another bike ride.

Ford in December

Ford is wearing one of his many holiday outfits. He was sick with the stomach flu, but I still wanted to try to get some cute photos. He was sick for five long days throwing up and not eating or drinking anything. It was so scary. Thank goodness that he is doing much better now.

Ford Turns One!!

Ford turned one on November 27th, Thanksgiving Day! He had a turkey themed birthday party the weekend before his real birthday. We celebrated with family, friends, turkey subs, turkey cupcakes and our favorite a turkey birthday hat.
